the key here i think is ad placement and you need to blend your ads... try using the large rectangle ads... this may increase your ctr... 1 of my site get 15-30clicks with just 500 impressions...

need to have better site match background with ads also the links in ads must match with the links in your page add as many links as possible in your pages so that people end up clicking on ads also reduce the number of pages on which you have pasted the code
this is good but you need to adjust your ad placement since many users browses many pages and same visitors comes daily to your site so they dont click
