I'm wanting to sell a Hip Hop Artist site quite quickly to raise some urgently need funds, otherwise I wouldn't be selling it as it has huge potential, (besides I spent much time putting it together).

The Hip Hop artist is what is called an underground artist but is very popular nonetheless and there are not many sites about him (3 in total) One official, I think I'm the second fan site. So there is huge potential for this site.

Revenue: Unknown as Adsense is not on a channel (Site isn't being sold based on earnings anyway).
