    Hi fej, sorry about what happened again. I'm new at DP but I know that protection is always needed in case of incidents like these.

    It's your prerogative to do what you think is best -- an illicit act has been committed and it's in your rights to do so. If anything else, I just wish you well on your next contest endeavors (don't forget the watermark).

    I think he just replaced the image file, so it was showing up in the old one's place. I don't think he was claiming to have designed the one you made.

    Still, poor display from him.

    Yeah i agree that he has just changed the image file. But now, it just appears that he was the one who designed it. anyway, lesson learned! Watermark is every designer's bestfriend! :D

    Just because you don't watermark does not mean he can take and use your work. If you are serious about it, send him a cease and desist letter.

    Try this:

    1. Send a cease and desist letter. (mentioned by xpressions)

    2. Send an e-mail to their webhost and ask them to take down the copyright image, i'm sure webhosts have strict rules on that.
