I got to hold off on this offer for now, my site as well as others that were on the same hosting provider got hacked and my site is down. Or is it possible to pay now, but freeze my traffic until my site goes back online?

Yes, I think you would scam us for $30. Here is the story...
I paid for your service on Saturday and sent you a PM requesting you to inform me when the traffic will start.
I haven't receive a reply from you since Monday (48 hours later) and I complained to you on this thread (#12).
I didn't get a message from you after that.
Then I opened paypal dispute to take my money back.
And a minute after that you sent me a PM here to tell me that you canceled your service because I opened the dispute.
What service? I didn't receive a single visitor from you and I was supposed to receive 100k per day.
Also, you said that you're going to refund me, but you didn't yet.
