    It's clearly a typo...

    Their AUP says they do not allow it


    They say you must follow US Law. So US law means you're not allowed to distribute others copyrighted material or software which is what warez is.

    I used ctrl-c and ctrl-v: I wasn't the one making the mistake.

    Looks that way however the grammar reads better as do not, and I was very surprised by their answer. However I have no real interest in the outcome so didn't chase it further. I will now, though.

    Ultimately, though, the onus was on the OP to clearly state the terms and conditions and this was not done. I understood from the first post that the OP was offering the hosting and the buck stopped there. I think it's a major issue that the other people with an interest in the deal weren't identified.
