    Listen, I am not here to argue. I have been on forums enough to realise which offers are rip-offs and which ones are genuines.
    You come here, advertise about warez hosting on a LayeredTech server and you expect us to believe you ?
    Get a friggin offshore server and advertise, that's OK. But I am definitley not going to allow you to dupe people by (over)selling space on a LayeredTech server and run away with their money. Sorry.

    So you're hosting proxy's which is not against the tos. Show us something against the tos maybe a nulled vbulletin some sort of software. Your grasp of english does not seem very good so I'm wondering if you even understand offshore hosting or anything mentioned in this thread.

    IF this hosting is on their servers it's useful to have these conditions in the first post so that people understand what their contract may involve.

    but suppose i buy a reseller hosting from a master reseller whose DC is Layered Tech...then i think these would mean i can host proxy and warez..

    You cannot host warez on their servers.

    It's pretty clear this part is a typo (I bolded it)

    The now should be a not. Since they state you must follow all applicable US laws. Well that would mean hosting copyrighted material such a software, movies, music ect. Would in fact be against their rules of their hosting. Plus it also says it's also mentioned in their AUP.

    I'll take the key points out of this part of the AUP for you

    So the only difference here is they put wares instead of warez. But the definition they put makes it pretty clear what they're talking about.

    oh yeah lol i didnt reaf the whole article just used the FInd..word..and put in Warez..usually its what its known as ..

    so i guess sarah made a mistake actually....LT deffo doesnt allow warez lol
