1000000000 posts, no i reached simple milestone of 50 friends

if you check my profile, ive managed to reach 50 friends, i suppose this is highest in dp so far,
the new features which came with vbulletin upgrade has option for friends,
this is easy unlike making posts, but you can make friends with people who actually u know or have done deal with in past, or spoken across.

how did i reach 50 frnds so fast ?

well i had about 100 in my list long before dp went for upgrade, we had option earlier to bookmark friends, i send mass friends request through my achieved friends list from years.

im looking to make more friends, simply friends.
i have added 140 friends out of which 50 has accepted the friends request, so hopefully once everyone is aware of this feature the list should shoot up

I feel this is very essential for social networking here, this would help some one remember your service being just in the list of friends,
this does happen to me at times with facebook, that some online users chat up and request me for a particular service, similarly it could be with dp in future

Im posting this to make people aware and let them know the importance of this feature,
if you are looking to make more friends, make sure to add people who you know well, or probably some one who helped you or you helped some one, or u traded with some one, or either related people.

Yes people should use the new features too there are many may take sometime for all to be active
