    I've seen numerous 4000 word sites sell for around $120. This is 2 and a half times that for $250 and I DO accept offers.

    Thanks Neutron, the BIN is higher than what I'd expect just so I don't get low offers.
    My 4000 word site has a bid of $50 at the moment which is higher than this one and my last post about 4000 words sites sometimes selling for $120 is genuine so I don't want to go too low for 10000 word sites. It seems people are keener on buying smaller sites at the moment so I'm thinking of chopping up the 10000 word sites and making them smaller. Though I've sold 2 of 5 for $200 each.
