What do you expect? Your advertisements need a complete makeover. Adjust them and you will be getting a lot more. Read about improving your Adsense CTR
your ads look ok to me.maybe its due to the niche that its getting so many less clicks.however you may also try to place the link ads besides the navigation .
I think you should show few more adsense unit ads per page, Google allow you to place up to three AdSense for content units on one webpage.

well, that add at the top really needs to be re-formed, it really doesn't fit your page. Maybe add a leaderbog or half leaderboard instead of that box that just looks really bad,
Break your pages down into more manageable chunks and merge the ads so that they appear more like text. When I viewed your site, the ads did not appear to be relevant so you may need to check your keywords and/or your ad targetting.
check your traffic source , its hard to believe from 10K visitors you get only 15 clicks ... please remember spam bots and fake traffic selled by some of kids around isn't really traffic , about the ads ... for me honestly best performs till now are 125X125 and 180x150 ... , also get rid about link ads are usefulness none click them never and only help you to decrease the ctr ... even more if your ctr its really so slow .... . Try and do not buy anymore so false named '' focused traffic '' its only bots who fake loads your sites

First post, long time lurker. I finally had to register to respond to this post Your title is not spelled right. Defense not defence. I probably would not trust any website that could not even manage to spell the title right. And to answer someone elses question to the original poster yes it is all cut and paste, if you click the "source" you'll see another article that is word for word his articles.

I think you got too much content on one page....Landing on your site, the first thing I see is your Ads, why would I want to lick on it I just got there. I don't want to leave. Personally, I think you should place your ads at the end of your content so when your read finish reads, they see your ads or you can put the ads on your site in such a way that the reading will see it while they reading. Like to the right.. I land on your site, then I read 1000 words and I see no ads, I would have to scrol back to the top to see a ads...too much info on one page... I would split the information into part 1, part 2, part 3 and so on...no one really have the time to site down and read a 1,000 words...Make your content short and sweet. Read part one today, then they can return for part two... Thats how the big Blogger they doing it....bits of short information that is used full and once in a while you drop a big post.
I suppose you only use adsense to monetize your site. I had a quick look over your site and refreshed main index page a few times. The ads are not targeted at all. What I got from google is a few anxiety depression ads, some old dolls website etc.. poor advertisers .. I can give you one good option try adbrite or any other cpm , in 10.000 uniques you`ll be earning 10 15$ per day easily. Has alexa rank not updated yet? What I see is a 750k alexa rank witch is no where near 15.000 uniques per day. Good luck
