i think you are using an arcade script wich is not bad,and the layout is a little bit crowded

 

Hi, i am not using any arcade script.. i made custom

 

Site is broken in IE 8. You should try validating your site with w3.org's validator to fix any (x)HTML issues what may arise.

I myself are building a flash game site as well. But this is only for RPG games.
I'm not done with it. So noone but me is using it. But you can see the PRE-site (Beta) at my test domain
rpggames.youneedgames.com.
Again.!!!! This is only for getting ideas for your own site... The site is not "online" for people! (yet)

 

I like your design, it would be better if you add more attractive game or adventure game
