However, if backlinks are mixed with 3000 dofollow and 1000 nofollow links, then there is a chance of seeing positive results. Only no follow links won't help you to get top ranking. You should have some quality do follow links for top ranking.

Could easilly achieve this just spamming blog comments but the outcome is never nice. Your site will probably just get associated with bad neighborhoods and the best you can hope for is a tiny increase in traffic.
