1000$ Worth contest in totall

Hello people im kind of creating new directory with a blog site coming up with it.

Im searching for 4 types of php link directory site templates

1/Buisness style
2/Cartoonish style
3/Nature style
4/Digital art style

Same style's for the blogs.


Im going to oppose 4 winners each will get 150$ for theme for directory 100 for blog

So totally

150x4 for directory winners
100x4 for blog winners

=1000$ totall spread out.

To remember if i dont like any designs i will cancel and create by my own. So be warned the contest ends in 14 days starting today GMT 8:00

The layers created as far as i can see is not detailed some stroke some glass effect some texture some modify smooth effects some gradient effects .

In advise i have read you pm i have checked your pm details i found interesting unique works i would be pleased if you use more colors and more brushes.

 

mm ... the thing is that usually business templates are clean and not loaded with brushes and patterns. So - I've tried to keep it clean

I can add more textures there and layers, but, in a design I look first for usability and not for how loaded with graphics is that design.

About the colors - it is not recommended to use more than 2-3 colors in a design (plus white and black) so, I've selected blue and red. blue means trust and professionalism and red is more used on the creative part (on creative marketing, design, etc.).

About the effects There is only stroke, shadow, pattern and gradient.

Anyways, if you want me to load up this design with more layers, I will.

And one more thing - here is a great article that explains some things from the web 2.0 design style concept. And ... more or less, I try to stick to that guide lines.

Correct words yeah your correct i know.

But what im looking for is different more creative rather then sliced web2.0 style..

There is no profit in the end of this contest im just going to use them under my own cycle of sites.

What your talking about is correct but my perspective for myself means graphic imported designs .

Business is more professional ,

I know you understand why im helding something like this because of another contest i held here.. "Searching designers"

Your concept of art is actually in standards what we all search for
I am leaving the designs more up to the designers to see what they can do "Im just advising" its not important though what my advice is because im searching people who can do work in terms of prof.

Hope you understand what i ment "I respect everyone artists work"

The thing is that I am often limited by the clients. When I try to do something creative - they tell me that they want something more simple and give me flat designs examples that I don't like.

I'm glad that you want something different.

I will try now something on the nature style and will get something fresh for you soon.

Glad that I met somebody that finally wants something.. different
