1000 Visitors a day

    I have this spanish website, im getting about 1000 visitors a day and about 5,000 impressions, but I only make about two bucks per day, is that normal? could it be because the website is related to msn messenger. Any ideas?

    How much clicks do you get? Try some tutorials about good placing of ads within the page...

    it all boils down to getting those users to click on your ads which mean good placement and finding the ads that work.. i got $2.00 from 1 click the other day, just 1 click... how many clicks are you getting a day? if i could just get 100 clicks a day and $1.00/click id be happy :D

    2$ for 1000 clicks is a bit low I think. My average is 0.02$ per click , so if I got 1000 clicks I would have made 20$

    What the hell are you talking about? He's getting 1000 visitors daily, not 1000 clicks. And .02$ is not high in anyway.

    It is perfectly normal. Check the main keyword value from spyfu.com and then cmpare total clicks and impressions and visitors to evaluate your estimated earnings. If yoiu are nmot getting it then there is definetely some problem.

    not 1000 clicks, he says 1000 visitors. but $2 is very low. i have 350 visits and im earning $3-5 per day

    It also depends on the location of the visitors or where your impressions are coming from. thus the ads may not pay more and always the "Ads placements" can make a big difference.

    Wake up kids, damn! The problem its the niche. MSN!!! Change it to Lose weight Fast and you'll see the CTR going to the roof. And people in Spain click Ads too .... geezzz....

    Ok, Then you got the traffic!

    Now you have to take into consideration these two also: Keywords AND Positioning of Ads

    You should focus to target high-paying key words so you actually get pay more per click...

    Then focus on the positioning of the Ads, make them less noticeable, make them blend into your website!
