    Yea actually to sign up they must pay 0.01$ so each user require to have a PayPal.. most of my friends doesn't have paypal..

    the link which you are referring is clearly asking for $0.01 for trying hosting...?

    I confirm that this method is charging payment - one has to submit credit card to pay a charge of $0.01
