    BTW haven't been down that end of the forum for a while sorry to read about your shenanigans!! About 14 years ago I had something similar where the "sheriff" didn't serve a document, that is at all, and I found out about a sum of money that I was responsible for [not me but a partner problem] the day before it all happened.
