So I am only asking for around $3,500 for a website that can make you as much money as you want, based on the amount of advertising you are willing to buy or how much time you have to do the free advertising.

So why am I selling if it can make so much money?

When I brought this website I didn't have a job so I figured I'd have a lot of time to put in and make good money. Well pretty much as soon as I acquired this website as luck would (or wouldn't) have it I landed a well paid IT job which is consuming all my time and I really can not be bothered working my job and coming home and having to spend another 3-4 hours doing the website.

True that this website would probably make more money then my IT job if I did it full time but I'm not prepared to do that as IT has always been a passion of mine and now that I have the chance I'm not going to quite. So the only solution is to sell this website, or run it and work my job and have NO LIFE at all lol.
