    Some more details:

    I have several mods that I would like to implement on my website:

    1) The paypal integration mod (Marketplace Instant Pay) - (there should be an option when posting in the "Marketplace" category).

    2) PHone Verification - (there should be a navigation bar link that states "Get Phone Verified")

    3) Trust Who Account Association - (The user should receive an email )

    4) Bidding system similar to Digitalpoint (no domain information, etc).

    5) Character verification. A person can wear an item in world of warcraft, which will show up on wowarmory.com or eu.wowarmory.com and in the thread a seal will appear that the character is "verified" (wearing the item should only happen once).

    EVERY single one of these mods should be "changeable" in the vbulletin admin panel. Meaning that the options and uses for each mod should be able to be changed easily.

    If you can complete those mods within two weeks, you will be paid $1,000. Instructions on how to install/tweak the mod must accompany it in a zip file.

    I am a VB developer and can get your job done, but do not want to waste time with misunderstanding.
