High PR site will pass their PR to your site. You just have to post a comment on the blogs, not all of them but you can do a regular 4 -5 comment post a day.
To gather blog list that have the same topic/niche with your website, I need to know what keyword you use to describe your site. Like "online dating" or "ipod music download" etc
