At last 2 products have crossed 1000 plus gravity.

    The products are namely:

    1. The Auto Blog System X
    2. Mobile Monopoly

What are your vies on these products?

That's what usually happens with products from "BIG NAME" vendors that have enormous lists and do JV's with similar vendors.

The gravity will slowly decrease though .. (Many affiliates use their own aff. links to puchase the product, imagine that it isn't that hard to gain 1000 gravity with huge lists of webmasters/wanna be's/entrepreneurs ... etc

Very impressed with blogging to the bank, not as a product, but from the sales / marketing side of things. If you look at his gravity graph:
    http://cbengine.com/clickbank/bttb1-graphs
he has had 4-5 launches over 4+ YEARS. This recent launch which boosted him to 1000+ is basically the result of 4 YEARS work - learning IM, developing his launch process, constantly developing relations with JV partners and putting it all together on a BIG scale for one massive launch... very impressive, but just shows how much work is involved to get that big..

    It's pretty clear submp3s ..

That a lot of money has been spent on marketing as well.

Huge product launches always come with "HUGE LISTS" and "NUMEROUS JV's".

Yes, definitely done by a carefully planned launch, coordinated with multiple JV partners with BIG lists - probably any one is anyone in IM with a list will of been on board with this. Agreed, it is the only way to have a really massive launch - through the use of email marketing via partners with massive lists.

Mobile Monopoly is really taking off and I can see why. It is design to help you get more folks on your list using cellphones. So many people don't even use their computers anymore.

you are right but that will apply to all vendors.maybe many of them are doing it.so it will still be a very difficult task to reach that amount because other vendos doing the same have not reached that amount

Imagine that blogging is a huge/enormous "niche" if I may ...

Everyone has a blog these days, yet there's probably hundreds of millions of potential buyers in this niche (quite a nice target).

P.S A product of this type can attract tens of thousands of webmasters/bloggers that will further promote it....

Yeah, those huge gravities are really nothing more than spikes. But you'll see these spikes grow larger and larger as the IM niche gets ever more popular.

I think what we're seeing here with BTTB is a vendor's gravity, not the product's gravity.

To me, this tactic is ethically questionable.

Rob B. substitutes different products (currently running auto blog system x and not blogging to the bank) and launches them often. Since they appeal to different market segments, sent out by many JV partners, and are marketing related, many IDs are undoubtedly used by people buying through their own links. He never publishes the refund numbers. Probably in line with marketers buying through their own ids and refunding.

The high gravity attracts affiliates, but just as they start advertising a particular product, a new one is launched under the same BTTB id. This is ethically questionable in my opinion, since the affiliate is spending money to advertise A, but Rob is selling B.

Spikes or no spikes - these are the only two products that have made it over 1000 during the 3 years I monitor clickbank on http://cb-analytics.com. Kudos to these vendors

That's right! Products with high gravity attract affiliates.
So they try to promote more aggressively.

I too agree with this. Internet is flooded with so many reviews about such high gravity products. Then it would be difficult to make a sale.
