Buying $1000 for content. Even copy paste!

I have come up with a great opportunity for you guys. Basically, what I am doing is having a collection of "How Tos" and related stuff. Everyone is expert at some thing or another, so you just need to provide me whatever you can come up with.

You don't necessarily need to be a native English speaker (although it's preferred) as long as you can write your content in good understandable language.

It's basically for anything you know, or can get content upon the topic ready made from the Internet. Moreover, it has no "fixed" per words requirement or payment. It can be as long as you think it should and I will pay from $1 to $20 per solution. I have got an overall budget of $1000 for this and I am expecting no more than 100 solutions in this budget. If some one shows me good quality and complete adhere to the requirements, I may fix him for $20 flat per solution.
