Found this on Mediapost, Introfee this morning announced a "$1,000 bounty" for clear video footage of a live human baby birth.

The company estimated there are 5 million birth videos sitting unused on American shelves since the advent of camcorders.

To be eligible for the "call for footage," Introfee.com said the videos must show "clear baby emergence plus footage of umbilical cord," and should be uploaded to any video hosting service (YouTube, Veoh, etc), tag the video with 'introfee' and submit that web link from: http://www.introfee.com/birth-video.

Introfee will be available for closed-invitation beta Dec. 17.

    WOULD YOU DO THIS????

Why not? I'm sure it could be done in a way which maintained the mother's anonymity (incase she was worried about people seeing her bits).

    Not really worth it.

IF it was 10.000,00 then maybe. You got to make your woman pregnant, then handle her and the baby or in the worst case babies you have to buy stuff for them, feed them..etc etc. for 1000$ bucks.no way.

And even if you have already go trought all that and have a clean video, I'm sure it's worth more then 1000$.

They'd have to pay me a lot more than $1000 to try to give birth!!!

    I'm a guy.

I'd do it! I'm not talking about getting pregnant just for the sole purpose of making $1k on the video... But if I was having a baby, and was taping the birth anyway, yeah, I'd take the money for it!!:D

I think you'd want to specify what angle the camera would be relative to the birth, right?
