    Yep, for sure! Here in Australia if it's not claimed within 30 days then it becomes property of the finder (me). The claimee must be able to prove it's theirs to claim it or it still goes to the finder.

    Now once I handed it in I would be hoping nobody claimed it, then I would probably save it for a rainy day. :)
