Looking for a complete website. The website will have articles, a review section, and a quote area for visitors. The main homepage will be 3 columns and most subpages will be 2 pages. The layout MUST be in CSS and the website should be developed using PHP, MYSQL, CSS, and a CMS. A little bit of design work will be needed, but not very much. Most of the design work will be with very simple CSS. NO TEMPLATES ALLOWED! I am only looking for experienced website developers. Please no rookies! I will only consider coders that have portfolios that aren't all templated works and references are a must. The site must have clean code, operate very quickly, and be very professional looking.
