    I'm looking for a web designer to make me a layout.

    I'm paying $100 paypal for a very simple project. See below:

    Details
    - No Javascript
    - No Flash
    - No complicated coding


    Requirements:
    - Fully complete project with no errors before payment.
    - Needs to be compatible for all browsers.
    - I need the source files to the whole project including graphics so I can make changes and updates on my own.

    Anyone interested please post your previous work so that I can review and select a web designer for this project.
