What you need to do: Write a ~100 words review on Tripadvisor.com fill the review (takes 2 minutes) Sign up if with your own mail id if you are not a member (takes less than 2 minutes) Follow Up: Click on the mail confirming you sent the review. $3 in your account as soon as the review is live! (I know it isn't much but there's nothing you have to do, being a content writer myself, I know $3 for 100 words is good enough. You also don't need to have 100% perfect grammar, do an extensive spell check and proof read your copy. Also, if you are already on tripadvisor, add $1 for every 10 reviews you've already written!
