$100 Wordpress Blog Design Contest - Lets see Whooz the Best!

I am starting a new blog about Making money online, general blogging, gossip, social networking, etc. etc.
Looking for a professional, sleek, glossy and attractive custom wordpress design along with a logo.

Below is an outline of how i want the blog to be laid out. Keep in mind that the home page is designed to capture leads to the newsletter via the subscription form, expose them to products via the rotating advertisement, and then introduce them to the latest entries made to the blog and pull them further into the site.

# The whole blog structure/layout should be based upon this BLOG.

Everything should be unique - buttons, icons, navigation, tabs, etc. etc. and based on web 2.0

* Follow a BLUE theme, feel free to use other colors too.
* Keep it strictly Web 2.0.
* Follow the layout i have given above - look/feel picture should blend with the picture where we show where everything is.
* Fonts that flow with a professional feel.

You are pretty close to the layout what i am looking, but the whole theme looks random and common, needs a new and professional touch.
Also we need an illustration in the header, perhaps a mascot kinda.

 

Could you give me more details please ?
