I need a small cash gifting website (4 pages) redesigned. By looking at previous contest like this I know a question of "coding" or not will come up. I have no idea what that is. So, more than likely it will need it. If you cant redesign and code it please don't inquire. I have no idea how much this should be worth if I'm out of line with reality let me know. I reserve the right to not award a winner if I don't like any of them. The winning design becomes my property after paid for. Basically, coding is the bit that actually make your website works. If you asked for a design, then it would be just that, a design, but your website wouldn't actually work. The design is just a picture, the coding is the code that let's yo click links etc. If you just ask for a design, then you'll get a lot more entrants, and, if you offer a slightly less amount than you are currently, you'll be able to afford to get a coder to code the site for you as they work for pennies on here.
