Howdy, I have a real estate client that wants to get a nice looking website designed. I need a great savy designer to design the front page for me in a .psd file.. Some details: Her target market is homes that sell for over 250k plus. Her last home sold for just shy of 2 mil so the site needs to target luxury homes. It will have dxi listing automaticly pulled into the site, so I need a spot for atleast 3 listings to be featured. The 3 main areas she targets are Katy Tx, Cypress tx, and Memorial City Here are 2 other websites that she likes the design of seetimsell.com joerothchild.com Feel free to ask me for any other info you need. I'm looking to try and get some design to her by the weekend.

There is no set color scheme or a logo at this time, or a url that is currently being used. It's for a new agent that is setting up her own stuff.
is she looking to build a wordpress site because the two examples of sites that she like are running on the wordpress platform.
It needs a place for featured listings, social icons, a menu, and either a slider or a video, and probably a contact me now area
