I need a page designed as a PSD that I will take and have spliced into a wordpress theme. I've already done this with http://gobundle.com and I'm looking to create something similar to that. The new theme will have the same layout (two column with large header including download button). This new design will be used for an OpenOffice download website. I like the design here: http://suite-3.org Although it is not suitable for a two colum wordpress blog. I very much like the top section which shows the CD Box, OS icons and download button. $100 to winner by paypal or xoom.
This is not what Im looking for. I need something of the quality level you are seeing on the sites I name in the first post. I'll also require imagery and download buttons.

This is the quality level Im looking for, good job. This design would need to be used on a blog, which would have a two column design like http://gobundle.com - could you amend to that style? Also, bring thigns closer, the gaps between elements is too big for me.
