    Hello Everyone! I am looking for a .PSD file web design in this contest. The web template will be simple and modern looking with a white background. It will be used as a Wordpress theme to sale, so there is no specific name or logo needed.

    You have a lot of freedom, so feel free to let your creativity work. The only guidelines are:

    1. Full Width
    2. Header Bar on top with logo on the left and Navigation Menu on Right
    3. There will be a top bar with social media icons on the right and contact information on the left

    I like these themes. You don't have to copy the layout, but these are just some examples of what I like:

    We will be granted FULL and EXCLUSIVE rights to the design and it will not be used anywhere else. The winner will be required to sign a brief transfer of ownership agreement. Also, the winner will be contracted to create additional inner pages (rate will be negotiated) if he or she desires.

    Hi. To be honest 100 dollar for such of quality design which you request is extremly low. It is clear for me that you want to sale on themeforest or some other marketplace website. For example on themeforest a theme like you shown costs 58 dollars. So by selling two themes you recovered your investion. I am able to create high quality themes like that but not for that money.

    Incorrect. I do not want to sell on theme forest. I do agree on the price, I figured I'd start low first and see what happened. How much would you think?

    Make it $250 for the homepage. Considering you will need inner pages as well, that would be closer to a fair price :)

    I raised the prize to $300. Also, keep in mind this is just for the PSD design. When building themes, the coding and functionality is the most advanced part.

    Do you need any specific features for that (gallery, shop items, portfolio)? Or should we just use the second theme you gave as an example for the content?

    Good question. Examples of a Gallery and Products would be great. That way it will be easier to create the theme.
