100 uniques per day.Is it hard to get?

Lot of people actually don't have any clue on marketing. They think if they open a website people will flock on that. But thats not the case anymore. Without marketing any new website is a regular joe with some exceptions of unique sites.
Once the tricks are learned, we are all set.

I would suggest read the sticky on search engine optimization, link building, marketing etc. You will get plenty of tips there. Take one at a time, research on that, implement on your site. That way you will master yourself slowly but surely.
