    Your were selling the same site a week ago for 49USD BIN and now its 80?
    plus it was only 1 day left on dec 4th? So I have to ask why is the site worth 40 bucks more in a week later?

    The content is same, template is not. A week ago I was in need for quick cash and hoped to sell it quickly for $49. No one was interested.

    I changed to a cleaner template and better monetized the site with Adsense. Then I purchased phpBay Pro API to display eBay auctions, which cost me $39, so that too increases the BIN a bit.

    No, the buyer is only allowed to use the phpBay on the site as is; they cannot sell it or use at another site.
