I'm not sure what you're talking about with the no transfer unless buyer requests it and all that other stuff about you being in control of adding things.. but if you want to just sell me the site and domain name like a normal auction then I'll bid $100.

 

The site is hosted for free right now because I dont have any hosting space left. All of that will be normal solid green, no white or writting when the site is hosted on your hosting account.
