    Now for sale very nice unique niche content site with 5 articles about keyboards. Domain is registered at Namecheap (expires 01/07/2009 ), so it's free push to another Namecheap account.

    Site is monetised with Adsense and eBay.

    As usual, I wrote all articles around keywords that have excellent Google KEI, have low competition therefore extremely easy to rank for:

    Do I need any special scripts, etc. to run this? How hard is it to change the side script, if I know nothing about php?

    No you don't need anything special to run this. Just transfer the files to your hosting and you're good to go. If you want to modify the site, all you need to know is basic HTML. I will also provide full support for the buyer.
