Up for sale today I have another one of my sites. This one is in the computers and technology niche. I was planning on turning this into a laptop review site monetized with Adsense, Amazon and CPA, but I simply do not have the time to work on it and I need to raise some quick funds for the other projects I already have going on….

If there were only more hours in the day there is no way I would let this site go!

Content

The front page of the site has a 100% unique article on it. The buyer of the site will have full and exclusive rights to this article. The site also features a 100% hands free auto updating blog which will keep the Google spiders coming back to the site on a daily basis.

Site Structure

The site is built on a highly customized and completely optimized version of Wordpress. The buyer will have full rights and license to the theme, images, and plugins used on the site.

Monetization

The site is new so it is currently not making any money. It is currently monetized with Adsense and a CPA program. I am much better at building sites than monetizing them, so you might more a lot more about this than me!

Traffic

This is a new site. It currently has no traffic, but it is fully optimized. All it really needs is a little bit of backlinking and it should start ranking VERY EASILY.

Hosting

The site comes with 1 year of FREE hosting. I will transfer all login details to the buyer after payment has been sent. Use the hosting if you want or transfer the site somewhere else, it is entirely up to you.

Bonus

As an added bonus I will source 1 PR 2 or greater link for the buyer. No adult, gambling, or any other site that Google might find objectionable is allowed however.

 

Just one page of content?

 

Plus the auto updating blog. The point of a site structured like this is to use the auto blog to get rankings for itself and to keep the Google spider crawling the pages ... Which makes ranking the front page a whole lot easier ... And for Adsense sites you only need one well ranked page to make a lot of money. So to market and build this sites rankings you would point the majority of backlinks at the main page and point a few at the blog page ... After that you can source more backlinks or just let the page grow organically.

And technically speaking it has dozens of pages. Each page time a post is made under the blog section it creates an entirely new page for Google to index ... That's the beauty of blogs with autoupdating content. They are sooo easy to manage.

 

You mean other than SEO. There are PR 7s and 8s for your keywords.

 

Lol ... Are you kidding me?? This is a cake SEO term ... There is only one site on page one that is optimized for this term. If a site is not optimized for a term it DOES NOT MATTER what their PR is. PR is only one part of the SEO equation buddy and not the biggest part by a long shot.

 

Does not matter? Then get it to number one before selling. I'll pass, to me it's a dog.

 

Come on mate, I never said that PR does not matter at all ... What I said was that if a high PR site is not optimized for a term then it is easy to beat them for that term ... Think about it. How many times do you see Amazon listed outside of the number 1 spot? Know why? Because they are not optimized for every single product page on their site... The same is true for any number of high PR websites. PR is only one factor and optimization (you know the "O" part of SEO) and backlinking is a FAR BIGGER PART.

Come on man this SEO 101 here ....

And I have a minimum bid of $22 on this site because as I said in the listing I do not have time to develop it... Considering domain registration by itself is around $10 I really don't see what your problem is here ...

 

Oh yeah one more thing about the listing ...

The term "All Laptop Computers" has only 160,000 competing pages and about 5 million monthly searches ...
