Why I am selling:
The site I have for sale today is one of my newest projects. It is built on a highly customized Wordpress theme. I have no time to work on this project and need to raise some quick funds to continue the development of my older projects.

About The Site:
The site has been thoroughly optimized for the search engines and is in an extremely lucrative niche. The keywords that the site has been optimized for receive over 1000 searches per day and have very low competition levels. With how optimized the site is it should begin to rank in the search engines naturally with no more work from you, however with some backlinking it should rank extremely fast.

The articles on the site are 100% unique and the purchaser of the site will have full and exclusive ownership of the articles. The blog section of the site is autoupdating and Google is pinged each time the site updates making sure the spiders crawl the site almost every day. I have submitted the site to several social bookmarking sites already.

The purchaser will have full rights to use the theme on the site in any way they see fit. The images on the site are either royalty free stock photography, created by myself, or taken from the affiliate products currently being advertised on the site, as such the purchaser will be free to do with them as they please.

Monetization:
The site is currently monetized with Clickbank and Amazon. An Adsense plugin is included with the site so you can add Adsense to it with just a couple clicks of the mouse.
