No it is not wordpress, the site is static html.

As far as the ads being about ftp software.. I don't know what that is all about, but once google has a chance to crawl it some more, maybe the ads will be a bit more relevant.

Just curious, what do you hope to achieve when you link your main keywords on your home page to the very home page again. Never seen this before...

Probably the best linking structure inside a site is when you link from the first article to the second, from the second to the third and so forth. This strategy is part of a sioling structure, which shows enduring success in the SERPs. Avoid cross linking the articles.
