    Hello,
    I need a template design for my new real estate site. I am actually looking for a talented and affordable designer to work with (quite a few sites need to be redesigned).

    I will pay $80 for the best design and $20 for the second one. It doesn't have to be coded, but if you code it I'll pay additional $20!
    PM me if interested and I'll reply with a few links to websites I like. Basically, it has to be a 2-column template with a short search form; any colors are ok as long as it looks professional...
