This is really not clear at all. Examples of websites that you want? Mock up? Colors? Size? Preferences? Payment method? Contest length?

 

You have right , I like fluid designs but I leave you to decide the colors .I would like web 2.0 designs and clear too.

Also payment method paypal and contest lenght 1 week.
