    I am selling a site that is well established in the alternative energy niche. Its a hot niche, thats growing and has some great clickbank affiliate products.

    The site has made over $67 in profit so far in Oct and we are only half-way through the month. This site has made over $130 in previous months.

    On 1st page of all search engines (Google, BING and Yahoo) for main keywords.Revenue comes from clickbank affiliate products. Selling to raise some extra cash - quick sale required.
