    How come adsense is not recommended? Did someone get banned by google from your visitors before?

    Oh and by real visitors do you mean that they might actually click on Ads on my Website?

    yes possibly you might get banned, no one is banned yet (regarding adsense)

    and by real traffic
    I mean humans, who are interested in your site and might clicks your ads too

    I'm not so sure about this, are you? it is possibly not good for website with Adsense on it, but it will do for website with no Adsense on it.
