I got mail from him and he claims that he was without internet connection last 10 days and that he will start to work right away. But because he has a lot work now, I will have to wait max. 1 month. What is really going on, I don't know. I just hope that he will do the work!
He might be buying time. With paypal you have 45 days from payment to claim your money back. I think I'm going to do it and tell paypal about his sceme. That way he won't be able to use his account anymore, and if we are lucky they might ban his ip, street address and more!

how can you call him scammer. where he has completed so many orders i can see in this thread. have you tried to mail him asking about it?
I have to tell that he is not a scammer and that he is a honest person. Because he couldn't do his service for me, he gave me back my money!
