Great job on your second design. I am not a big fan of the header and footer text (style) as well as the layout of the "rates" box. Can you change? The main thing that concerns me with your design is that it gives the feeling of a "big company" instead of a "person". While this person is a professional working for a big company, the site needs to be pleasing, simple, and friendly.

Wow! Killer design! I am impressed. Only thing i ask you to change is to remove the "signup / find out more" buttons and replace them with buttons that say "Contact me / Get Approved". Also, the box that says "signup for a free consultation", can we change the box to read "Contact me for a free Pre-Qualification". Now, in that same box, can you make the options: 1.) *selection* Purchase / Refinance 2.) Name 3.) Address 4.) e-mail 5.) phone.

Thanks again to all! I may be purchasing more than one design sample.

The right side looks good. I am just not really feeling the left side. Can you do the 2 blue headers as mini web 2.0 houses or something related to mortgages? I need it to appear professional, yet personal.
