Buying 100% original responsive design

    ***This is NOT a wordpress job***

    100% original responsive design that is cross browser compatible with all modern browsers mobile and desktop. Cannot use frameworks. This will be packaged with software that I sell and I cannot afford getting sued over someone selling me a design that uses someone else's work... including GPL work. So, 100% original HTML5/CSS and no frameworks. I may be a killer programmer, but my design creativity lacks. I have been at this full time for over 15 years, so I will know if your work is original or not. I have seen all the tricks... like making it in wordpress and then Saving As HTML... it won't work with me. I pay top dollar for hand coded.

    The design will be for my traffic selling script, seen at trafficbliss.com. I will handle turning the design into a skin, so you just make the design and I will handle the rest.

    I will be hiring in 7-10 days after reviewing portfolios.

    I'm not extremely picky... I just want clean, professional, original, responsive.

    The right designer will also be able to produce many more, since my software is skinned/themed and I would like my clients to be able to choose their design out of the box. So it could lead to 10-20 jobs.

    I reiterate... no frameworks... no CMSes.... no Joomla, drupal, wordpress. Please don't email me designs made on these, I'm not stupid... I can tell when the source code blatantly calls files within wp-content.

    Out of 12 people, only 3 actually followed the instructions in the post for contacting me. Due to not being capable of following instructions they are out and I'm closing this thread to decide who of the 3 to hire.... well who of the 2 since one sent me wordpress stuff.

    Mods can delete this or close it... whatever.
