$100 (or more) animated "goose" gif header + logo for outdoor clothing e-tailer

    We are an online retailer of outdoor clothing and footwear with an emphasis in winter coats and boots. We are launching a new website named chilligoose.com and need a logo and header for this. Our branding and logo concept is a white goose (named "chilli") with blue highlights.

    We have setup a temporary demo site so you can see the basic design and colors. We have put an animated rooster up there as an example. You will note that the site is white, and therefore, we would also like "Chilli" the goose to be white (w/black of course) and some blue (there is a t-shirt on the site that is blue, please use this color) as highlights (eyes? etc...). We would like "chilli" to have a blue scarf and brown hiking boots on and look more cartoonish than a real goose. If you want to experiment with a real goose, that's fine.

    ===================================================

    Part 1: animated gif header

    -Width: 350 pixels x Height: 89 pixels - this might change, maybe wider, but definitely not taller. Looks like Chilli will be a short goose.
    -The text "ChilliGoose.com" (font color: same blue as Chilli's scarf) has to be incorporated into the header of course.

    Motion desired:
    Just a quick "shiver" or "shake" every 10 seconds or so with maybe a head turn. This will changed based on look so that it's not distracting or annoying to customers the site. Please note that the rooster example is too fast and distracting for us. Chilli needs to be animated at a slower frequency.

    ==================================================

    Part 2: Basic Logo

    Same as above but a basic logo in high res format for print or other web use. About 4-5 variations, no major changes though.

    ==================================================

    Please remember, "Chilli" has to look cute or otherwise memorable.

    We will need follow up work as well.

    This contest ends this sunday night at 8PM Eastern Time USA.
    Payment by paypal.

    We reserve the right to not choose any or raise contest prize if there is insufficient interest.

    Thanks!

    HAHA, no problem, I should probably post something in a few hours - I think the reason people aren't submitting is it takes longer to do Animations vs. Graphics. You can't just load up photoshop and create an animated .gif :)

    Thanks for the interest folks!

    We have 4 contestants now.

    Please note that due to our lack of imagination, we will need mods to either the goose and/or the font used for "ChilliGoose.com" We may also drop the ".com" if it doesn't look good.

    So, if you want to save some time, please have a few drafts of the goose (cartoonish and real - if you want, you can simply have drafts of the head of the goose only) and the fonts (silly wacky fonts and/or regular fonts).

    If there are any questions, please PM or post here.

    Thanks again!

    ps: If you live ina hot state/country, we can replace the North Face gloves with a pair of nice sunglasses or something! :D

    Hope this clarifies things.

    We are looking for an original goose animation.

    DG - if you can do the animation part, the logo and header will be more or less one of the animation pics and the text from it. It shouldn't be that bad.

    Update:

    You can create the goose first and ask for feedback before doing the entire animation and text. Thought this might save potential wasted effort.

    Thanks for the replies and PMs.

    Just some notes:

    The goose needs to be WHITE, black outlines (shadowing) and highlights of blue - like the t-shirt color on our demo site.
    We prefer having the goose a little more cartoonish than a real goose look.
    The boots need to be on his feet.

    I am posting links to the aflac duck and a sample of the boots

    I know the first one is a duck, but the colors are what we want.
    The boot is for example only so you have an idea.
