$100 monthly CB site. How much does it worth?

If you're looking to buy an established CB site, how much does a site that is making constant $100 monthly worth?

I know people would pay 10x the revenue for Adsense Sites (because its hard)
with CB its easier, cuz I've done it, and I'm selling one of the niche sites I've made.

I just need to know how much does it really worth, not trying to sell it here or anything.

    Leave some feedbacks - THANKS!

It depends on how long you have had it for and how it generates traffic.

eg. if it has been making $100 for 4 years then you could sell it for 10x monthly

BUT if it generates traffic through PPC then its most likely worth nothing because I could just set up my own site and PPC it as well

You can get paid higher if it is old, has potential for further expansion (adding more content) and gets most of its traffic from search engines.

In such a case, 10x the monthly earnings will be a cheap price for the site.

Depends on the quality of the earnings and history of the website.

Anywhere from 6 months to 24 months of earnings, but probably closer to 12 months if you find the right buyer.

Post the site for a real answer. Without seeing the site and researching it's history, that's like asking "What color are cars?"

Ah ok. now we can estimate better.

If It's been online about 7 months and makes around $100 a month with no advertising. I would say expect between $300 and $500 as is. Between 3-6 months net profits sound about right for a site of this age.

If it has been clearing $100 a month for a year straight, it would be worth more like $900-$1,500 range. The best indicator of a websites success and future success is it's history. If it has been making money for a while, there is good reason to believe it will continue to.
If the site does produce what's claimed, it would be worth consideration.

Id go for around the $500 range. Ask the buyer why hes/shes selling it in the first place if its making that much money.

On Flippa you'll end up between $450-$550 would be my guess.

I don't it as a high paying niche. Getting $100 monthly might be a difficult task.
Anyway less than $500 would be a good price if has good amount of backlinks.

Yep, don't sell it too short if it is getting consistent income i would say $450 at the lowest - ideally $600!

    Good luck with it!
