Selling $100+ Monthly AdSense Revnue Website Portfolio (5 Websites)

I'm currently looking to sell a 5 site portfolio that generates over $100.00 monthly revenue via the Google AdSense program. Each site has traffic and revenue stats going back 12 months or more, has unique content and has the domains helped by NameCheap. I'm looking for around $1,200.00 to $1,400.00, the price depends on if you want the 2 additional sites that come with this portfolio; one being brand new and another over 10 years old, DMOZ, but not currently monetized.
