If you offer moneyback guarantee this will help you close a sale. not all people are thieves and not all of them will ask for money back. those whom are thieves will chargeback even if you do offer moneyback or even if you don't.
You are right. If people plan to get their money back then they can always charge back. Also, I don't think people will bother to go to all the hassle and return it anyway.
