$100 logo/webdesign/template contest

I need a design and template (HTML/CSS, no tebles) for a gambling related website.
For placements, website name please see http://rapidshare.com/files/334304808/Graphic1.jpg . Poker part should have a green background, casino part should have a red background.

Design needs to be very attractive; logo needs to be done too and should be done in a cartoon like style, hand drawn funny looking older lady doing some gambling activities (poker or casino games, slot machines).

I would prefer if the whole design would look as it was hand drawn (cartoon like).

I pay paypal or epassporte. Competiton ends on 17th January at 23:59 CET (in 5 days)

Please post your design entries below, coding part will be done after design is selected.

In case designer doesen't provide coding, the $100 reward will be lowered to $70 so everyone is invited to participate and should not worry about the coding part of the project.

Work must be 100% original and the designer needs to have copyrigths to all elements used in the design.
