@draxter symbol is pretty cool, can you show me some different font implementations. @GFXShine Hey I really like the addition of the computer monitor, can I see an implementation of that in a higher resolution please. Also can you find a new font, I don't like that one at all.
kainraziall (post #37) - The client likes that you provided both a full design with the company name and a VT logo that could be used separately. They envision using a VT logo as a watermark or on their business cards. The green VT shape inside the logo reminds them of circuitry, so they see where you were going with that and its relationship with computers, but it feels too dated for them. Maybe you could fill in the void between the top and bottom of the sphere with a solid green instead of the circuit design. The green color would need to be tweaked a little though. good designer (post #38) - The text feels too bulky and doesn't really stand out in their eyes next to the logo. Maybe the color is throwing them off. The logo looks like a V and T wrapped into one, but feels too much like Apple with the colors. They focus mostly on technology infrastructure work. Creative_illusion (post #39) - Very colorful logo. The text is very prominent and stands out next to it. The colors in the logo are too neon looking though, just not the right colors they were looking for. Maybe drop the purple and tone down the colors a bit? iFlame (post #40) - Thank you for the revisions based on feedback. The V and T are now more prominent. There is just too much going on with the text still, the client wants very neat legibility with a quick glance. In their eyes, sometimes less is more for the text. mvg777 (post #44) - Nice how you made the V and T in the logo with the different color shades, but it didn't stand out enough for the client. It looked like an upside down triangle to them at first. The different shades of color in the text wasn't doing it for them either. They would prefer either one color for all of the text or for the Vir to be one color and the Tek to be another. ariif (post #47) - The look of the logo is very aesthetically pleasing. Could you maybe color the Vir orange? Also, the Tek is a little hard to read, almost like the E and the K are squished too short. Could you make that a little more legible? This is a much improved design though! logoesdesign (post #51) - The client likes the text on the first design, very professional and legible. They like how the T overlaps the R. The globe or wireless signals above the I didn't do much for them though. The logo on the second design is much more unique and creative, they are digging it. Maybe mesh up the text of the first design with the logo of the second design? If possible, try using a orange and green/blue combination? They want the design to stand on its own on a white background without color. wichi (post #52) - Like the logo design, it's very pleasing and appealing to the eye. The text feels too web 2.0 though, the client is looking for something a little more refined. They prefer text with sharp edges rather than rounded edges. They'd also like the T to overlap the R and aren't too fond with the color of green chosen for Tek. Overall a good candidate though. Tarcea Sergiu (post #53) - A very bold design with the E and K forming wireless waves. Unfortunately, it's too bold for this client. They want their logo to be more legible and this just has too much going on with the end of the company name. They would also prefer to see more color, such as orange and blue. GFXShine (post #54) - Thank you for the revision based on feedback. We like the concept, but the font still isn't doing it for us. We do like the sharp edges in the font though, just something not right about it. Also, there will not be a slogan under the company name so that could be removed. Maybe then the company name could be shifted down somehow so it's not at the top of the monitor? kainraziall (post #55) - You'll see the feedback up above from your previous post. Thanks for making revisions without much feedback to go on. We liked the VT design you had in your first post more than these ones. The rings in the first logo of this post aren't doing it and the second one lost the appeal of the VT design. The text on these logos is much better though. I'd take the logo from your first one and provide a sample with the void being filled entirely in green and also one without. I'd also swap the colors in the text so that the Vir is orange, matching the bottom of the first logo in the shape of the V. Thanks again everyone for your new submissions and revisions. It's greatly appreciated! The designs are still being continuously reviewed by myself and the client.
